We have now been awarded contracts in the Inverness and Highland areas to provide care at home services to older people, and would like to hear from people who would like to become part of our Care at Home team.

Ideally you will have had previous experience in a care environment, but we would also like to hear from people who have a desire to enter in to this type of work, as we will provide you with all the necessary training you require. Most of all you should have a caring nature and a good deal of common sense!

You should have access to a vehicle, be flexible in your approach, be able to provide two references and be willing to undergo an enhanced disclosure.
In return we will offer you a fixed shift pattern, good rates of pay (enhanced at the weekend), and ongoing training and supervisions. Your hours will be scheduled by matching your skills and personality to the needs and requirements of our clients, and will build up as our clients are able to return home with the support of ILS and you, as a member of our Care at Home team
