Business Process Analyst
The candidate will be asked to lead the development of a portfolio of projects as assigned by the Head of Fundraising Business Improvement and will be asked to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure best practice is shared and applied across projects, business solutions and approach to work.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and problem solving skills. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and users and will have exceptional eye for detail. What would make a candidate outstanding but is not essential is working experience in non-profit organisations and understanding of fundraising techniques, they might have business analyst qualification or project management qualification.
The post holder will be leading the development of a portfolio of projects as assigned by the Head of Fundraising Business Improvement and will be working closely with colleagues to ensure best practice is applied across projects and business solutions.
£29,000 - £42,000, 25days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays).
