Working for a well-established, traditional, yet innovative and forward thinking financial business, a position of Senior Operations Manager has arisen for an individual with a mature approach and solid claims experience to lead and manage the complete claims function in the UK, introducing new processes and methodologies whilst maximising savings opportunities and maintaining the customer centric approach.
In this role, you will be working with business stakeholders to develop and implement improved ways of working to enhance the company’s propositions as well as putting a big emphasis on cost management - maximising savings opportunities whilst ensuring that the key focus always remains customer centric.
In addition, you will be challenged with implementing fresh processes and procedures into a new and developing team, creating a customer focused culture within this team, managing team budgets and developing relationships with internal and external customers.
The type of person who we are looking to speak to will have a track record in an innovational operations role, is an experienced leader who has knowledge of the end to end process in relation to claims payment as well as knowledge of the UK PMI market including competitors and market trends.
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years’ experience managing people as well as a lengthy record of accomplishment within the claims processing industry.
