Senior Administrator/Personal Assistant
Cordant People are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Senior Administrator/Personal Assistant to immediately join our client based in Edinburgh west end on a full time, ongoing, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team within a large well established organisation.
As the Senior Administrator/PA you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive administration supportScreening calls and assisting with queries where possibleCirculating minutes of meetingsDictation/Audio typing
In order to be successful as the Senior Administrator/Personal Assistant you will have:
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office packages in particular Excel, Word Access and PowerPointExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDictation/Audio typing experienceA professional and confident approach to workThe ability to multi-task and prioritise duties effectively
