Cordant People Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client based in the Falkirk area.
This is a part-time role however flexibility is required as you will be needed to work extra hours at busy periods. You will be responsible for making sure the day to day office tasks run smoothly for the team and your duties will include:
Dealing with confidential information.
Answering calls to the office.
Inputting information accurately into spreadsheets.
Working through paperwork and forms making sure everything has been completed accurately.
Dealing with all administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and both incoming and outgoing mail.
Any other ad hoc tasks as required

In addition to this you will be naturally organised with strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. You must be able to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner. You will be available immediately.
