Currently seeking ambitious, motivated young people who are looking to start or continue their career in Administration with one of Scotland's leading Motor Group. With the opportunity to develop their skills via an Apprenticeship and with the potential to develop a long lasting career with the business.

Interested Candidates should have an interest in Administration and a minimum of 5 National 5's.

Responsibilities of the Trainee HR Administrator Apprentice:

You will work within a friendly and supportive team learning the full life-cycle of HR administration services and processes for all employees. You will learn to work in in accordance with legislation, company policies and employment law.

What you will do:

- Help contribute towards the team's daily workload
- Learn how to maintain personnel files
- Learn various HR processes
- Develop to be able to, maintain a high consistent quality of work across all employee or third party queries
- Communicate in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner
- Continually develop your personal skills and knowledge
- Ad hoc Admin duties
- Basic Admin IT & System tasks.
- Communicate in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner
- Continually develop personal skills and knowledge.

Requirements of the Trainee HR Administrator Apprentice:

- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team as well as to own initiative
- Willingness to learn new things
- Adaptable
- Multi-task
- Strong numeracy skills
- Good attention to detail
- IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages; word, excel.
- Good organisational & planning skills
- Be adaptable to varying demands in HR.
