Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 Basic DOE + Uncapped Commission + Company Car
Rarely do opportunities this good come on the market… This position will be filled quickly, so get in touch to find out more!
If you would like to work for a fantastic recruitment agency which has been established for more than 20 years, has remarkable staff retention levels, offers a friendly working environment and the opportunity to work in the exciting, fast-paced graduate recruitment market then we would love to hear from you!
This company is one of the largest pharmaceutical-focused recruitment agencies in the UK and works with some of the world’s biggest pharma corporations. Due to continued success, the company has an opening for a Recruitment Consultant to join its team in Edinburgh to focus on graduate Pharma Sales recruitment across the country.
No two days in this role will be the same. One day you could be travelling up and down the East Coast of the UK from Edinburgh to locations such as North London, Newcastle, Leeds etc. (therefore a full, UK driving licence is a must) to go out visiting clients and conducting candidate interviews. And the next day could see you attending various careers fairs at universities where you will be presenting pharma sales opportunities to new and future graduates.
The majority of the roles that you will be filling will be contract positions with large companies, and there are loads of vacancies sitting waiting to be filled, therefore primarily, our client needs someone who can and wants to focus on delivery rather than developing business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an agency or an in-house recruiter with perhaps 2-3 years’ experience who either currently does or wants to focus on graduate recruitment. The UK graduate recruitment market is booming, and this opening is very rare in the Scottish agency recruitment industry!
We are looking to speak with recruiters who are graduates themselves, who will be able to assist candidates as many of them search for their first post-university job and identify the personalities that would suit a sales role.
More importantly, you should be a dynamic, enthusiastic self-starter, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and would like the opportunity to take control of your workload and career direction.
There is great scope for progression and you will be working for a respected company who will look after you not just on the financial side!
