We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader within our Customer Service Delivery function. This is a great opportunity for you to lead a team of colleagues within our Edinburgh Office. On a daily basis you’ll utilise your people skills, to ensure the team are effectively coached and motivated to perform to the highest standards.
To be successful, we’d love you to have experience of working within a similar role within Financial Services, so you’ll know what’s expected in terms of working in a regulated environment, as that would be really helpful. It would be ideal if you were to have Team Leader experience as well but this isn’t essential. We do though need to see your drive to succeed by leading a team and your desire to learn the responsibilities of the role. Above all, we are looking for colleagues that demonstrate the Virgin values as this is so important to us!

Salary: £22,500 to £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience plus amazing benefits
