Are you an experienced, professional Recruitment Talent Manager with a proven background in IT/Change contractor recruitment within the Investment/Financial market? Are you an expert in talent pooling and networking, using contemporary and innovative tools to find the highest calibre candidates? Experis, part of Manpower Group, is seeking a Recruitment Talent Manager to work from our Edinburgh office on a designated financial services account to assist in the placing of contractors against client SLA's. This involves working with Applicants and Clients and against a personal billing target.

Client responsibilities include full qualification of vacancies and production of Recruitment Plans with our Onsite Account Manager; assisting in client meetings including discussion of the resourcing aspect of the role; ongoing management through the recruitment life cycle, keeping the Account Manager updated and regular onsite meetings to meet with the contractor population to build SME knowledge of the client's business.

Direct recruitment activity will include all aspects of candidate attraction; building and management of the client talent pool/networking; face to face candidate interviews; telephone interviews (including evening/weekend calls); booking client interviews; debriefing candidates; offers/references.

Additionally you will be responsible for the maintenance of the client and applicant records according to Employment Agencies Act standards and the Experis Client and Contractor administration process manual - including recording details of the recruitment process i.e. CVs sent, interviews arranged, vacancy requirements and placements in VMS system.

You will pro-actively research and present your technical understanding on a regular basis and attend regular training workshops to improve your knowledge and skills - this includes the ability to provide information for contractors on Experis' range of products and services.

You must have recruited contractors in fast paced environments, ideally in the Investment Management or Asset Management space. IT recruitment experience is essential.
