Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Initial 3 Month Temporary Assignment

Resourcing Group are working with a forward thinking Housing Association, recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to provide a high quality administrative service to the asset management team.

This initial 3 month temporary assignment is looking to start ASAP and will be paying an hourly rate in line with the £18,000 salary.

Key duties will include;
*Responding to customers enquiries in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures focusing on the provision of excellent customer service at all times.
*Update and accurately record information relating to the Asset Management service on property management database
*Process documents in accordance with policies and procedures.
*Produce performance reports in respect of Asset Management performance.
*Process valuations in respect of completed repair work in accordance with policies and procedures.
*Provide general administrative support to the Asset Management team.

Ideally we would like applicants with;
*Experience of working within asset management, ideally within social housing.
*Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel.
*Someone who can commit to the initial 3 month period with the potential of extending beyond this period.
