Trainee Clinical Physiologist, Band 5
Fixed Term Training Post for 4 Years (Annex 21 conditions apply)
£17,420 per annum rising annually subject to completion of specified targets
We currently have opportunities for a candidate to train for a career in Audiology and gain a BSc Hons in Clinical Physiology.
You will have the benefits of a salaried post whilst undergoing training in performing a variety of investigations of the hearing & balance systems and the rehabilitation of the deaf & hard of hearing patients of all ages across NHS Tayside.
The BSc Course is 4 years offered as a part-time format and you will attend University in Glasgow. All educational and accommodation costs will be met by the Service.
You will need a minimum of 3 A Levels/Highers in Science subjects (one of which may be maths), and an aptitude to work with people of all ages. Communication skills are essential for this post.
Hours of work are: 37.5 per week.
