A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to run on office for a fast paced busy Financial Services Investment company based in the West End area of the City. You will be expected to cover a range of duties, including:
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Assisting with invoices
* Typing and sending of letters
* Data entry
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Scanning and filling
* General office duties
* Diary management of meeting rooms and hospitality
You will need:
* Proven experience in a similar administration/office role
* It is ESSENTIALthat you MUST have experience within the Investment industry
* Strong IT skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
* Have attention to detail and be a good communicator
