An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to be part of shaping the future for healthcare in NHS Fife’s Directorate of Planning and Strategic Partnerships. This new role will lead the implementation of technology enabled care in health and social care in Fife, working collaboratively with key strategic partners.

Technology enabled care and digital technologies provides patients/clients and their carers to have more control over their own health and helps people self-manage their own health, and stay happy, safe and independent in their own homes. This post will contribute to the innovation of NHS Fife’s clinical services by providing strategic leadership in alignment with the NHS Fife Clinical Strategy and the Health and Social Care (H&SC) Strategic Plan.

You will identify opportunities where TEC can add significant redesign opportunities across our healthcare system to achieve the strategic objectives of the TEC service.

This post will be part of the senior team of IMPACT (Improvement, Planning and Support Team) which is an internal business unit and provides tailored support to operational teams to accelerate the delivery of key corporate objectives.

You will have substantial senior management experience in a healthcare or technology associated discipline and have experience in project / programme management.
