A leading delivery and distribution firm based in the West of Edinburgh are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis to assist with an up coming busy period which is expected to last 4- 6 weeks. If successful you will be working as part of a small team helping to manage all the administrative tasks that are required to keep the depot running smoothly

You will be responsible for:

Performing general administrative tasks in the office
Liaising with drivers and customers
Monitoring driver KPIs
Helping to maintain fleet compliance
Manage warehouse administration

The ideal candidate will have

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent administrative skills and a good eye for detail
Confident IT abilities
A basic geographical knowledge of Scotland
Experience working in the warehousing/transport/logistics industry
