My Client has an immediate opportunity for a business administration Assistant to provide business support in all activities within Asset Strategy & Network Programmes

What does the Job Involve?

* Contribute as an effective team member of Asset Strategy & Network Programmes

* Support delivery of Network Programmes customer and regulatory commitments

* Provide administration and management support within all areas of business

* Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to increase efficiency

* Administer and process all paperwork during a Project Lifecycle

* Support the development and implementation of processes to capture management information

* Administer the impact of change of regulatory issues on the business

* Maintain necessary document control systems

* Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed

* Respond appropriately to Customer Complaints, taking ownership and resolving as appropriate

* Ensures maintenance of office facilities e.g printers & copiers

Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation ensuring process compliance within area of responsibility

Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Awareness of Network Programmes business operation

* Awareness of regulatory issues impacting on the Business

* Awareness of inter-business relationships

* Developed influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills

* Working knowledge of GS/Ofgem/Ombudsman/TSOL requirements

* Excellent telephony skills

* Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.

* Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

*Developed customer service skills

Minimum Criterea

* Educated to Higher or equivalent standard

* Relevant experience in administrative role

* Computer literacy - e.g. Microsoft Office suite

* An effective and confident written and verbal communicator
