My client represents a leading business model within the financial services sector.

An exiciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join their business.

To be considered successful the ideal candidate must -

  • have a strong background of end to end payroll administration

This role will include such duties as -

  • Delivering payroll services in accordance with SLA metrics
  • Operating and updating of HR systems in conjunction with instructions, ensuring appropriate governance is followed.
  • Responding to a wide range of Payroll enquiries, providing Payroll information, guidance and advice to internal customers, resolving queries including those of a more complex/ sensitive nature, ensuring that the recipient clearly understands the nature of the information being provided.
  • Supporting delivery of Payroll projects.
  • Ensuring all processes are automated and scheduled thereby requiring minimal ongoing FTE interaction\maintenance
  • Improving own skills and knowledge within HR taking opportunities to identify areas for improvement to processes and services.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the provision of advice, analysis and support to the HR function
