Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? Are you proactive in your approach to work? If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading providers within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries as an Administrative Support Assistant on a full time permanent basis.

Working alongside designated Consultants you will be responsible for liaising with HR and Recruitment Managers, sending CVs to clients, liaising with clients and candidates to set up interviews, collating product information and job specifications, managing Consultant's diaries and planning for the day/week ahead.

You will also maintain a working knowledge of all available vacancies, maintain a product portfolio - updating records where appropriate, dealing with clients and candidate queries at all levels as well as providing full project management for the contract side of the business.

Candidates will be articulate, have good attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines as well as being proactive during quieter periods.
