This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading recruitment companies in Aberdeen.

Driver Hire currently require a receptionist / administrator to join their award winning team.

Main duties will include:

* Answer and transfer all incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

* Welcome customers into the office and deal with any enquiries

* General office administration including typing, filing and photocopying, checking ID and certificates

* Basic Data inputting.

* Taking up and recording references for potential employees.

On call duties

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

* A confident, outgoing and friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

* The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast moving busy office environment.

* A high degree of accuracy when recording and inputting information is vitally important

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a full time permanent position. Our working hours are Mon – Fri, 08:30am – 17:00pm
