Jobs fair to be held at Caird Hall

Are you looking for a new job? Could you benefit from extra support or training in 2016? Have you ever thought about being self-employed?
Then get along to the Jobs, Skills and Apprenticeship Fair at Dundee’s Caird Hall on Thursday, September 29.
The event, which runs from noon to 5pm, offers plenty of inspiration for anyone looking for work, those thinking about getting new skills and training, or people interested in finding out more about starting their own business.
Sixty organisations with more than 1,000 vacancies and more than 50 apprenticeship opportunities will combine to create the largest local jobs fair in the area.
Employers, trainers, educators and support organisations will be on hand to talk face to face with the public.
The jobs fair is free and open to all members of the public.
Come along and talk to lots of companies about job vacancies, apprenticeships and opportunities.
Chat to exhibitors about the support they can give you to achieve your goals.
From 5-6pm, Skills Development Scotland will hold a demonstration session that will give parents and carers all the information they need on apprenticeships.
