Tullos Training Ltd held its annual Apprenticeship Awards at the Marcliffe Hotel, Aberdeen, this week.
More than 300 apprentices, company representatives, invited guests, parents and staff attended the event.
The annual apprentice awards are held to celebrate the year’s achievements. Guest speaker was Baillie John Reynolds OStJ, depute provost.
Iain Garrett, chief executive, announced that Tullos Training had secured its first contract from ECITB for a range of technical tests developed to test the competence levels of existing workers in the oil and gas sector.
Mr Garrett also announced that this autumn, Tullos Training will become Scotland’s first private engineering provider to deliver the complete apprenticeship solution, when it launches its HNC programme, allowing apprentices the opportunity to further their careers into higher education.
