Administrator (Full Time)
Having recently secured new projects we are looking for an Administrator
to join our busy team.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday and based in Dundee. Duties include assisting with purchasing, monitoring of suppliers, goods inwards, basic book-keeping, data entry and invoice coding, document control, travel planning, and general reception duties.
Applicants must have excellent organisational skills, be able to follow instructions, work independently, under pressure and to deadlines and have very competent IT/Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in a similar role, is necessary however personality and the ability to get along with people and use their own initiative is equally important.
