Assisting with booking requests/Sales Enquiries and data input for Invoicing this is a very busy position within our Finance Dept. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach, accurate data entry skills, be a good
team player with excellent multi-tasking & communication skills.
Must be able to work to month end deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Taking calls from clients
• Data input of information/for invoice creation
• Raising sales invoices with all relevant supporting
documentation
• Contacting clients for purchase orders
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Filing & Photocopying
• May be required to share - cover for Reception
This is a varied position with a negotiable salary depending on experience.
