One of Scotland’s most decorated award winning consultancy are growing their Civils Engineering Division. Consistently recognised at the BCO, RIBA and Scottish Design awards our client attracts the top candidates consistently as they deliver multimillion pound developments for high net worth clients and developers.

Their civil design engineers are key to their success and are involved at early stage feasibility and concept design. It is this department that sets the foundation for their winning success.

The client is actively wishing to develop and expand their Civil Engineering and Infrastructure team and have recently won several large masterplan projects therefor require enthusiastic Engineering Technicians to deliver these projects.

As a business, the client has invested in the latest software packages and has embraced the BIM world and has recently developed into Civils3D offering further advancement to their projects.

Key Skills:

  • Experienced Civil Engineering Design of developments using PDS, Windes or Civils3D
  • Roads, Drainage, SUDS and level design of developments
  • Undertake technical and feasibility studies
  • Attend meetings including: site, client, design and supplier
  • Experienced with early stage feasibility and concept design as well as detailed design
  • Experienced with drainage, road, sewerage, utilities infrastructure and earthwork design
  • A flair for problem solving and creative design solutions
  • Experience of statutory procedures, planning and construction consent and building warrant procedures with Local Authority, Utility and DMRD experience all advantageous
  • Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND or Bachelors Degree (BEng) in Civil Engineering
