Food & Beverage Supervisor

DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport are currently recruiting for a Full Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant team. The hotel is situated next to Edinburgh airport just 20 minutes from historic city centre and famous landmarks. Newly refurbished and very welcoming, this stylish and modern hotel is a top choice for business travellers and families that enjoy various amenities designed for a comfortable stay.

About us:

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, positive, flexible and passionate F&B Supervisor to be part of our Food & Beverage team. The successful applicant will ideally be coming from a restaurant, Hotel, Bar or Retail with experience of managing people and providing world class service. You will be accountable for and oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our Restaurant, Bar as well all our Conference & Banqueting facilities alongside the management team.

Key objectives:

• Utilise food & beverage personnel between all outlets to minimize payroll expenditure and ensure flexibility of the team.

• You will be able to motivate your team and engage with them to increase service standards across all outlets.

• Maximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure return visits

About you

• Similar experience in a front facing role in Hospitality

• Strong organizational and managerial skills

• Standards orientated with an eye for detail

• Has a passion for delivering service
