Towngate Personnel are currently working with a stunning 4 star Hotel situated about 20 miles From Stirling. The Hotel is situated on the edge of the Trossachs National Park and boasts amazing panoramic views over the countryside.
The property has 50 bedrooms, 2 restaurants and luxurious spa and leisure facilities.
We are looking for a chef de partie to work in the main kitchen which services the fine dining restaurant. The cuisine is locally sourced, cooked from scratch and the head chef has aspirations to achieve 2 rosette status this year.
There is also an £80K Kitchen refurbishment planned for 2018, all chefs get free use of the leisure facilities and they also have high quality live in accommodation within a lodge on site.
Ideal candidates for the role:
Will have Chef de Partie experience within a high quality hotel or restaurantYou will ideally have experience to a 1 rosette levelYou will either own your own transport or will be happy to live in (due to the location of the hotel)You will be passionate about cooking high quality cuisine and you will be able to demonstrate this on your CV
Typical duties will include:
  • Working on various sections as required 
  • Assisting the sous and head chef as needed
  • Helping with the training and development of the junior chefs
  • Ensuring all food leaves the kitchen to a high standard
