As we grow from strength to strength we need Customer Service Consultants in our busy Dunfermline call centre, to deliver the legendary service we’re known for.

We’re looking for:

Knowledge of financial services would be handy, but the right attitude is what means most to us, so we’ll provide full product training, with a clear career development plan, which you’ll own and we’ll support.

What you’ll be doing:

As part of our friendly Dunfermline team you’ll be taking customer calls, understanding their needs and resolving their queries. From supplying account information to processing an overdraft request, you’ll always have the full support of your manager and the wider team to help you ask the right questions and provide the right option for the customer.
