Customer Service Specialists

We are looking to hear from exceptional customer experience agent professionals who are looking to work for a well-established insurance company in the heart of Glasgow City Centre - with easy access to all public transport.

Interviews are immediate with starting dates in April. You will be in training Monday –Friday 9am - 5:30pm for 4 weeks before moving onto graduation bay, and finally onto the live floor once you have been signed off from training.

The Position:

You will be taking calls and resolving customer queries to aid the resolution of customer enquiries and assist where possible ensuring customers have the best possible experience. You will be working on behalf of one of Scotland's most prestigious insurance providers, exceeding the expectations of customer service and resolving
