We are looking for a plumber to deliver a high level of customer service whilst meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality and contractual compliance. As a plumber you will provide Severn Trent Services client base with both contract management and service support, specialising in water hygiene and plumbing related activities whilst maintaining legislative compliance including the ability to assess, diagnose, determine the most appropriate resolution and support to any interruptions / issues which may evolve within those assets managed. The plumber will be required to deliver a high level of customer service whilst meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality and contractual compliance, be able to Identify, Develop and maintain relationships in relation to those clients within our geographical patch. You will be expected to carry out plumbing works as required, making sure hazard/risk assessments are in line with the company's policies on each individual sites you visit. It would be great if you've worked in a similar role before, with a working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material (ACoP L8,HTM: 0401, Water Regulations, BS 8580) have completed a water hygiene BS02 & CG Course, have a qualification in advanced plumbing Level 3, you must be able to work on larger sized pipework from Domestic, commercial and Industrial water systems.



* GCSE Maths, English &Science

* Level 3 / Advanced Plumbing Qualification

* Full UK driving license

* Computer literate

* Water Hygiene BS02 & CG Course


* Experience within a Water Treatment Service Role

* Vocational training courses relating to water hygiene

* Detailed knowledge of design of hot and cold water systems

* BS04 C&G Course
