PROJECT ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a proven offshore knowledge and experience?

And are you ready for the challenge to take our Rig Projects department to the next level?

Then you might be the person we are looking for!

You will join a highly skilled and committed department involved in different projects such as rig refurbishments and upgrades worldwide. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and will work from our premises at Invergordon, Scotland.

Responsibilities and tasks:
You have strong leadership skills and can
• Manage, plan and execute large and small projects
• Participate in all phases from design to production
• Handle all aspects of electrical projects (technical lead)
including design, installation and commissioning.
• Tender preparation and liaise with clients

Professional qualifications:
You have knowledge of generators, switchboards/electrical panels and automation/ installations principles, preferably in the offshore area, and you have at least 5 years of experience with electrical projects. Additional requirements:
• A skilled and intelligent electrical engineer with a practical background (B.Sc., M.Sc. or similar)
• Proven management skills and experience
• Offshore knowledge
• Familiar with all class and industry rules
• Experience in economy and tendering
