We are looking for a registered nurse with unit manager experience or extensive experience in a senior capacity looking to work for one of the UK's largest and most reputable healthcare organisation.
This facility provides support to younger adults with physical disabilities, including spinal injury. They also offer support and care for people with long-term illnesses such as Huntington's disease and multiple sclerosis. The care they provide varies from life support ventilation, physiotherapy and enteral feeding to physical and psychological assistance with daily routines or pastimes.
In addition, on separate units they provide first class 24-hour care for older people with varying nursing or residential support needs. They also have a dedicated, award winning seperate unit which enhances the lives of those living with dementia.

Job Description: As a Unit Manager, you will help with the assessment of the physical, psychological and social needs of all your residents - and the implementation of the person-centered plans that meet those needs. Whether you're planning rotas, recruiting, training and mentoring staff, helping co-ordinate comprehensive daily activity plans, or building strong relationships with local regulators and social services, you'll ensure your unit goes from strength to strength. Stringent quality control will be key too, as you ensure they're complying with the NMC guidelines on administration of medicine, meeting safeguarding regulations and keeping records scrupulously.
Person Specification: You must be a qualified Registered Nurse to apply for this role, and we will accept applications from nurses of any specialism ( General Nurses ( RGN ), Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ), or Learning Disability Nurses ( RNLD )).
