So if you’re passionate about fresh produce, enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen in a business that’s transforming, then this is perfect for you.Do you have what it takes?As a Chef De Partie you’ll motivate the kitchen team to prepare a variety of different dishes, the busy café seats up to 200 people inside and out . You’ll have an eye for quality and consistency. You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly. A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant experience is essential.
