Permanent Sales Administrator based in Dundee, Salary £17500 - £19000 depending on experience

A long standing and successful manufacturing business based in Dundee are looking for a Sales Administrator to join there team on a permanent basis. Salary is £17,500 - £19,000 depending on experience + 32 days annual leave
Your new role
You will be responsible for processing for handling a high volume of calls from customer in regards to making orders and the status of their orders, you will process sales orders, manage stock, process invoices and produce reports. You will be responsible for processing and updating all paperwork and administration to ensure stock is accurately represented at all times. Duties will include but are not limited too:
High volume call handling
High volume sales order processing
Maintenance of databases / accurate data entry
Monitoring of stock and ordering of replacement stock
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Deal with enquiries and complaints
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced customer service and administration professional. You will be experienced in dealing with a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and possess strong I.T skills
