Overview – Trainee Admin & Customer Support Executive YouTrain are delighted to be working in partnership with a provider of leading edge infection control equipment and services to healthcare organisations throughout the United Kingdom.Our client have a new exciting opportunity for a Trainee Admin & Customer Support Executive to come and join their fantastic team based in Stirling. This is a full-time role working from 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. As well as entering full-time employment, you will be given the chance to earn as you learn. Fully funded for those aged 16-24, you will undertake YouTrain’s award winning Business Administration Apprenticeship programme which leads to the attainment of a nationally recognised SVQ in Business Admin. The successful candidate will also have the chance to progress onto an advanced Digital Applications diploma programme upon completion of their Modern Apprenticeship in Admin. The RoleAs a Trainee Admin & Customer Support Executive, you will work as part of our client’s Scheduling Team who are responsible for being the first point of contact for customers have who have issues or requests and then assigning a Technical Engineer to resolve problems. The successful candidate’s main duties will include:
Delivering high levels of customer service to external and internal customers Assisting and supporting the scheduling team in all administrative tasks Completing delegated tasks accurately and efficiently: e.g. updating records and information in databases/systems Using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, where applicable, to meet business requirementsThe CandidateWe are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a hardworking and enthusiastic approach to their work. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will dealing with a high volume of customers and are expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Other desirable skills and qualities include: Good organisation, co-ordination, time management and problem solving skills. Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage client expectations. Ability to work in a busy office environment that often demands high levels of concentration. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. IT literate to a good standard. Previous customer service or retail experience would be an advantage but not essential.
