Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter

Working for one of the UK's largest and leading Facilities Management / Building Maintenance companies who turn over £3 Billion and employ over 20,000 people throughout the UK.

You will be working on the clients health care contract in Edinburgh.

Your job will be to assist with the maintenance and up keep of the site. You will be carrying out a range of maintenance tasks which will include maintenance carpentry - hanging fire doors and swinging doors, testing fire doors, replacing kick plates, replacing door hinges, locks etc and maintain records written or electronic and other maintenance tasks including - replacing lamps, carrying out water hygiene checks, testing emergency lights, changing filters, basic DIY plumbing etc. DBS background check required

You will need to have C&G's or NVQ in carpentry or joinery, the job is a full-time temporary and possible permanent contract for the right person.

NVQ Carpentry/Joinery
Previous Experience within Health care Environment would be an advantage
Full Clean Divers Licence
