We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client, a market leader within their industry at their offices in South Glasgow on an ongoing temporary basis.
Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will provide key support as the organisation enters an exciting period of change with:
Processing high volumes of payroll hours on a weekly/monthly basis for a mix of temporary and permanent staff • Updating internal systems with new starter and leaver information to ensure records are correct at all times • Calculating and processing tax, holiday, sickness and maternity pay • Assisting with Accounts Payable/Receivable - processing high volumes of invoices ensuring they are authorised in line with organisational standards • Processing petty cash claims for staff across the organisation
The successful candidate will have experience working within the finance function and be confident processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis. They will be IT literate and be confident working with all MS Office packages as well as accountancy packages such as Sage or Oracle.
You will be confident working independently and be open to assisting with other projects within the team.
