Change Recruitment are recruiting for an Communications Administration to join our Edinburgh based client in the Maintenance Sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Talented Administrator to join our client in the Marketing & Communications department for a leading Professional Organisation in the Maintenance Sector in Edinburgh.
This position is offered on a Fixed Term contract basis for 12 months.
The Role & Responsibilities
Carry out general administration, deal with enquiries and provide information to clients by email or telephone.
· Deliver a high level of customer service
· Respond to phone and email enquiries and complaints
· Carry out administration, data checking, filing, photocopying, scanning
· Monitor and update client distribution material (Mail Chimp, Event Bright, circulars, social media and website)
· Create Internal reports
· Updating and maintaining client data in the database
Publicise, promote and actively support events
Knowledge & Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
Experienced with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook
Ability to multitask and work accurately and effectively under pressure
Able to work on own initiative
Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Have a proactive and flexible attitude
Previous experience working in an administrative environment using emails.
Experienced with Mail Chimp, Event Bright, circulars, social media and website will be ideal.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-4.30pm 34.5 hours per week. The salary is £16,146 per annum Pro Rata + Benefits.
