Opportunity to work with a small intimate 60 seater restaurant focusing on aged steak. The restaurant is set as a unique homely environment to give customers the feel that they are in their own home, with one exception! The spectacular food they are eating could only have been cooked by master of his craft. Working with a small team dedicated to giving customers amazing service in a relaxed friendly environment.

As Head Chef of this beautiful restaurant you will be:

- Calm under pressure
- Able to train junior members of staff
- Up to date COSHH and HACCP awareness
- Food safety certified
- Up to date on all current allergen practises and laws
- Have up to date food hygiene certificate
- A keen eye for detail
- Abel to cost and design menus
- Have experience at rosette or fine dining level
