REED Insurance are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Edinburgh based independent broker who are looking to immediately appoint a Fixed Term Contract Claims Support Assistant for a three month duration. 

Essential Prerequisites
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, with fantastic administrative skills
- A proactive "Can Do" approach, willing to assist the Claims Executives
- Personable and natural team working abilities
- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of I.T. literacy
- An aptitude to learn quickly on the job

Insurance claims experience is preferred, but it's certainly not essential. Candidates with previous administrative experience, a stable working history and the right attitude will definitely be considered!   

Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Duties
- Processing new claims
- Liaising with insurers, clients and contractors
- Managing the internal claims diary system
- Preparing and issuing reports
- Handling queries efficiently and ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
- General administrative duties as required by the Claims Team
