A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a professional and well established Financial Services company in EdinburghCity Centre.
Reporting to the Partner, you will be part of a growing team. With multiple offices throughout Scotland they are well known for their professionalism, expertise and dedication to clients.
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Coordinate room bookings
- Book taxis for clients / staff, logging all requests/booking
- Manage all mail, courier, log all signatures
- Coordinate stationary requests
- Maintain professional reception area including meeting rooms.
The successful candidate will:
- Reception experience is essential for this role, ideally within a Corporate or Financial Services organization.
- Have great communications skills both in verbal and written.
- Be highly organised
- Be well presented at all times.
- Ability to work under pressure and priorities work load efficiently to a high standard.
Please note: This is a full time, permanent role. Hours of work are: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 14:00.
