British Gas are looking for dynamic sales professionals to put in our cutting-edge products into Britain’s homes, delivering excellent customer service and the right solution. We have a number of fantastic opportunities available across the country.
An attractive basic salary of £19,000 and an achievable OTE of £39,500 to £66,000 via our On Target Incentive package, a contributory pension scheme, paid holidays, flexible benefits to the value of 3% of your salary and much more. During your training, you will also be eligible for an induction bond of £1000 while you are away from home in the first few weeks.
About the role
With all your appointments pre-booked, you will be showcasing our state of the art central heating systems and associated products to our customers, such as our cutting edge connected products.
We will give you the knowledge to match our best products and services based on our customer’s need, including accurate quotes and suitable financing options. We will also make sure you have everything you need to succeed: your own car, the latest hand-held technology, mobile phone and uniform.
You will work 44 weeks of the 52, with downtime of a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 8 weeks between April and September. We also offer paid holiday, discounted services and pension along with share schemes.
Our Heating Sales Advisors, like our customers, come from many different backgrounds. We do expect you to learn and become an ambassador for our products. What’s important is that you are passionate about delivering the right solutions for our customers while building rapport and confidence in our brand. As we put our customers first, this will involve working evenings and weekends.
