Working as a Support Consultant in a vibrant and high paced environment you will work alongside your designated consultants and head office team therefore, you will need great attention to detail whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Day to day responsibilities would involve liaising with a diverse network of individuals ranging from candidates, clients - often at Director level to HR and recruiting managers. You would be responsible for all aspects of candidate sourcing from arranging interviews to providing them with support, under instruction from the consultants with regards to current vacancies. Being responsive to consultant's diaries, emails and organising their workloads for the day/week ahead. With this being a diverse role you will be expected to answer general phone calls, advert response calls and deal with them accordingly.
By advertising jobs on selected websites you should have a strong knowledge of all current vacancies. Regularly looking over our client's website ensuring all records have been updated where appropriate. In addition to managing your own workload you will also work as part of a team, providing support where you have capacity.
