Pertemps are currently recruiting for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our clients' Labour Management team. This role will involve working with the Labour Management team and liaising with various internal and external customers on a daily basis. You will assist in the coordination and ensure all administration and reporting is carried out to agreed deadlines.

As the ideal candidate, you will come with excellent customer service skills and have an ability to harness good working relationships. Furthermore, you will be highly organised, have strong communications skills and enjoy the challenge of working towards challenging deadlines / targets. This role may suit someone who has previously worked as a Resourcer within a Recruitment Agency and looking to make a move internal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project specific document control, including the setting up / maintenance of project files, completing procedural internal notifications when a project becomes live, through to the closing out of projects and archiving.
• Liaising with Project Managers and Surveyors to obtain relevant information for the raising of works orders and purchase orders.
• Invoicing on completion of works.
• Attending small works planning meetings as required.
• Support the co-ordination and forward planning of in-house resources.
• Updating trackers and producing MI and exception reports. Production of KPI and other ad hoc reports.
• Act as first point of contact for issues as they arise e.g. site access, supplier issues etc.
• Establish and maintain good communications with clients including attendance at progress meetings or providing response to information requests.
• Provide administrative function ensuring compliance with all other processes and procedures.
