What is the opportunity?
As suggested in 'Talent Placement Specialist' we are looking for someone who is as equally as passionate about our unwavering focus on placing the best talent the industry has to offer. Our Talent Placement specialism evolved from our success in the casual market and Off to Work now successfully career map talented individuals into all manner of hospitality roles from entry level to Director.
The role is beautifully placed for an individual who first and foremost is dedicated to delivering excellence and has a thirst to work with the best. We have an incredible team of six more talent placement specialists across the UK and we are looking for someone who can capitalise on our premium positioning as Edinburgh's premier staffing partner.
The Talent Placement Specialist role will of course hold all levels of client relationship management and a proactive approach to reaching out to clients old and new is paramount.
Who is it for?
Someone who is really looking to take their career to the next level. All the foundations not to mention the client base is in Scotland and the North East to be built upon. Perhaps you are a Senior Consultant or Team leader looking for something to call your own or an experienced biller looking for something new. Ultimately this is a blank piece of paper which the right person will fill with amazing opportunities.
The role is Monday-Friday working 40 hours based on flexi shifts in our central George Street offices. The Office is open from 7am-7pm so you can work hours to suit your lifestyle. The salary is completely dependent on the individual.
