Customer Service Advisor
Excellent opportunity to join a world renowned Building Society on a 12 month contract.
Full time hours - Monday to Sunday with shift patterns between 8am-8pm ( 1 weekend off in a month)
Pay rate: £8.75 per hour
Purpose of the Role:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll respond to enquiries by phone, you will be speaking to our members, brokers and solicitors. You'll exceed expectations by delivering a personal, accountable, friendly and knowledgeable service and always ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained. You don't need experience in call centres for this role, we are looking for customer focused candidates who have the right attitude & enthusiasm for always ensuring the customer gets the best outcome.
In order to be successful in this role you will have possessed all or some of the below criteria:
- Must be comfortable using a PC and Microsoft Office applications
- Telephony skills - able to deal with customer queries/comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to think on your feet
- Customer service experience would be ideal
