This new post of Café Chef is within the newly refurbished Queens Hall. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to lead on the preparation and planning of the café menus, event and conference menus and deliver a high quality service. The post holder would be expected to train, supervise and assist the continuing development of all catering staff in conjunction with the LiveArgyll management team. To contribute to the management of events, functions and services offered by LiveArgyll. Operating the stock control and rotation system to maximise profit, keeping records and other reports as required. Experience of cash handling and IT knowledge is essential. On occasions the post holder may be required to work in other LiveArgyll facilities.Applicants should note that: -
