Our well-established client based in Renfrewshire is looking for a Conveyancing Typist to join them on a 9-month fixed term contract.

This would be an immediate start.

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. £17,000 p/a

This is a key role within the business providing secretarial support to the Conveyancing department.

Duties include:

  • Preparation of correspondence and documents from dictation as required.
  • Preparation and registration of deeds.
  • Attend to clients on the telephone.
  • Accurately record messages and communicate same appropriately. 
  • Attend to all necessary file opening, storage and retrieval.
  • Preparation of mail promptly for dispatch.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings.
  • Undertake such other duties as is required.
