HR Project Manager
The HR Project manager will support a number of restructure projects across this organisation going through transformational change.
An Edinburgh-based organisation going through transformational change.
The HR Projects Manager will work within the larger HR team to support with a number of projects. Predominantly these projects are restructures of various types. The HR Projects Manager will therefore work across the organisation to deliver on these key objectives.
The HR Projects Manager will have:
- strong ER experience
- demonstrated experience in restructures, consultations, redundancies, or TUPE
- good communication skills (both written & oral)
- excellent prioritisation and time-management skills
A salary of £33,000pa for a twelve-month fixed term contract.
We are able to consider candidates looking from 32-37.5 hours per week.
