Job Role: Fraud Officer
Salary: £16,700 - £17,700
Hello, we're TSB, and we're different from other banks.

Risk plays a key role in keeping the bank safe. We cover everything from fraud to underwriting, making sure that we help our customers to borrow well.
We also oversee the way in which TSB manages its risks; providing expert advice and guidance to ensure that we are compliant with regulation, the law and that we're delivering the best outcomes for customers.

We know it takes more than just skills and experience. So, we want our Fraud Officer to:
Investigate potential fraudulent account applications to mitigate the risk, by utilising the fraud prevention tools, analysising fraud alerts from systems and other sources and case manage the investigation
Handle telephone calls from customers and partners across the business deliverying the correct outcome on each call
Achieve a consistent, high quality performance and make decisions in line with agreed targets/timescales
Have an understanding of the complaints procedure and policy
