Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide back office support in relation to customer enquiries. You will manage and process sensitive customer data, complaint handling in relation with regulatory requirements and customer account enquiries.

Working as part of a team within a fast paced, dynamic contact centre environment, you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner. You will understand the needs of each customer and provide a resolution on the first instance wherever possible.

What you'll need to succeed?
Previous experience of working in a customer driven environment, preferably within a contact centre, along with a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets is desirable. Excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify a problem and provide a solution.

An understanding of compliance and quality within a regulated environment and an understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority regulations are desirable.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
