What will I be doing?

As Assistant Brasserie Manager for the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian, you are responsible for overseeing your department to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience in accordance with the True Waldorf Service Standards.

    Oversee Brasserie service to consistently meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Waldorf Astoria brand standardsEffectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout serviceAssisting & supporting Team Members to maximize all sales opportunitiesEnsure Team Members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer serviceHandle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional mannerAccurately manage all transactions during serviceAssist in managing Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels

Contract - Permanent (39hrs per week)

Salary - £19k per annum + Service Charge & Hilton perks & benefits programme
